METCON
This program combines high intensity training and functional movements. This encompasses fitness across the physical skills of respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
TONE
A great way to build your base of strength and conditioning. Strength and skill training with an interval workout that focuses on fat burning and toning.
WEIGHTLIFTING
This program focuses on the two formal Olympic lifts; the clean and jerk and the snatch. We also utilize strength and power elements of the squat, press, and deadlift to help improve strength and form.

A 6 week program that is focused on increasing your familiarity with the basic and fundamental tenets of weightlifting. Each week you will work on improving in flexibility, speed, footwork, grip and position in weightlifting.
