WHAT WE OFFER

DEVELOPMENTAL WEIGHTLIFTING

Dev WL 1.0 is a 6 week program that is focused on increasing your familiarity with the basic and fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. Each week you will work on improving in flexibility, speed, footwork, grip and position in weightlifting. This is a great introduction to weightlifting in a smaller much more hands on environment.

Dev WL 2.0 is a 6 week program that is designed to build on the principles of Olympic Weightlifting that were introduced in Developmental Weightlifting 1.0. Athletes will continue to refine their weightlifting skills and put them into practice with heavier weights.

TEAM WEIGHTLIFTING

This program focuses on the two formal Olympic lifts; the clean and jerk and the snatch. Also utilizing strength and power elements of the squat, press, and deadlift to help improve strength and form. Whether you are looking to improve your lifts or looking to compete at the highest level we provide Olympic Weightlifting instruction in a fun, disciplined and supportive environment. All athletes must first be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk.
